I know I’ve been sharing some of my story with you, but it’s actually not as much about my story as much as it’s about yours!  I’d like to be very clear:  I am here to serve your family and your story!

The pressures of daily life, compounded by the commitments you have to maintain relationships, go to work, stay healthy, meet your personal goals, have a hobby, etc. are immense.  I totally get it!

You work very hard for the money you earn and the decision to buy or sell a home is one of the largest financial decisions you will ever have to consider.  That’s why you want to work with the RIGHT person.

You may know a family member or a friend who is a Real Estate agent (most people do), but are they the right fit for YOU?  What is your criteria for hiring a Real Estate professional?

Consider a couple of things here:

1. Strong negotiating skills.

2. A high level of integrity putting your needs above theirs.

3. Experience with a multitude of closings.

4. A strong work ethic and commitment to get the answers to the challenges that WILL arise.

5. Communication that makes it simple for you to understand and comfortable throughout the process.

It’s very important to have complete trust in your agents ability and their skill level. You want someone who is YOUR Real Estate advisor and YOUR advocate.

Trust is earned!  So how can you know who to trust?

Referrals from good sources are a great way to find a trusted professional. But there may be more information needed to make an educated decision.

This is why I have a 3 step process when it comes to determining if we are a good fit for each other.  If I don’t believe I can assist you based on your situation or property, I will be upfront with you and let you know.  It doesn’t serve either party when the fit is not good.
